How to immigrate from a work visa

2. CEC
CEC provides a shortcut for applicants with Canadian work experience. Many come to work locally through a study visa or work visa, accumulate one year of NOC0AB work experience, and meet the language score requirements to apply through CEC.
3. Express Entry- Federal Skill Worker
If the applicant meets the requirements of federal skilled worker program, he can apply to enter the pool. If you have a qualified job offer, (LMIA based or check here) you can add points in the CRS system and get an quicker invitation to apply.
4. Express Entry-Provincial Nomination
For applicants who have entered the pool for federal skilled worker program, 600 points can also be added through the provincial nomination, fasten the process of the invitation to apply.
