Caregiver immigration has always been one of the most controversial immigration projects. If you have found these jobs in Canada or have these working experiences in Canada, you can apply for permanent residency through one of the two programs. 1. Language Proficiency

PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH: at least benchmark level 5 in either official language for all four language skill areas, as set out in the Canadian Language Benchmarks

3. Canadian Work Experience

QUALIFYING CANADIAN WORK EXPERIENCE: You must show that you have obtained a total of at least 24 months of eligible authorized full-time work experience in Canada, within the past 36 months preceding the time of your application.

4. Intend of Settlement

Intend of not settling in Québec

For overseas applicants:

Stage 1: Preliminary assessment. If you only have no Canadian work experience, we can still apply.

Stage 2: Submit an application and obtain a work visa. The whole family can come to Canada to work, and applicants can obtain industry-restricted work visa. The spouse can obtain an open work visa. Children can go to local public schools for free.

Stage 3: After satisfying two years of work experience, complete the proofs for the immigration application that has been submitted before.

Stage 4: Become a permanent resident.
