Project Summary

The Dominica citizenship by investment plan is based on the Dominica Constitution, Chapter VII, Section 101, and the Citizenship Act, Sections 8 and 20 (1), and amended and reintroduced in the Dominica Citizenship Act in 1993. Economic Citizenship Program (Economic Citizenship Program), the program requires applicants to make government-approved investments to contribute to Dominica’s economy.
The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Project, which started in 1993, is a “time-honored brand” in the Caribbean. After decades of modifying, the project has become mature and stable, with simple processing procedures and short cycles, making it extremely popular.

Application Requirements

1. Donation mode:
Individual investment requirements: donate 100,000 US dollars to the government fund, which is non-refundable;
Main applicant + spouse investment requirement: donation of 175,000 US dollars, non-refundable;
Main application + 2 children under the age of 18 Investment requirements: Donation of 17.5 US dollars, non-refundable;

Main applicant + spouse + more than 2 children under the age of 18 Investment requirements: if 2 or less children under the age of 18 participate in the application, the investment amount is 200,000 US dollars and is non-refundable. For every additional child, an extra 50,000 US dollars will be required;

2. Real estate investment: Applicants can purchase a real estate of more than US$200,000 in a real estate development project approved by the government, and must hold the real estate for more than three years. If the real estate is sold after five years, the real estate can continue to be used For investment immigration projects.

Application Process

1. Prepare information according to the list of government documents;
2. Submit the application to the government and review it for about 2-3 months;

4. Complete government fund investment or real estate investment;
5. The applicant receives the citizenship certificate and passport.
